Black Tuna, also known as “Tuna Black,” is a hybrid marijuana strain that hails from British Columbia. Developed by 5 Star Organic, this strain was crafted to deliver potent THC levels, making it ideal for chronic pain relief.

A cross between Herijuana and Lamb’s Bread, Black Tuna has gained popularity in Canada for its strong narcotic effects and its unique packaging—prepackaged buds were once sold in sealed tuna cans, adding a playful twist.

Black Tuna's buds are compact, coated in trichomes, and emit a powerful aroma. Despite the name, the strain doesn't smell like fish; rather, it's a nod to the Black Tuna Gang, infamous for smuggling Colombian marijuana into the United States during the 1970s.
