Ordering - Our website is fun to browse and easy to navigate! Online ordering is available 24/7, or give us a call or text at 226-559-2407 between 9am and 9pm. 

Payments - After you've placed your order online, you'll get a confirmation email with your order number and payment instructions. If your payment is received by 12pm, we'll ship it the same day. 

Note: You can mention your order number in your e-transfer, but please don't add any other details in the notes. We have auto-deposit enabled, but some banks may still require you to set up a password. If this is the case, please use your order number as the secret question and london as the answer.  

Shipping - Once payment is received, we'll mail your order to you through Canada Post Xpresspost. You'll receive an email confirmation with a link to track your order. Your order will reach you in 1-3 business days, packaged discreetly in an unmarked box or bubble mailer. We vacuum seal all odorous items!
