Prior to 2017, Mark's journey commenced at Emma's Sweets, the cherished family-owned artisanal sweet haven nestled in Casselberry, FL. Guided by his family, Mark's venture was a heartfelt homage to his great-grandmother, Emma, whose culinary passion was the cornerstone of their family legacy.
