Dulze was introduced to the recreational market on Sept 16, 2020, but its journey began back in 2016. The team has been growing and evolving ever since.The intent of Dulze has always been for it to be used as a teaching tool for the cannabis community. Its goal is for it to be the most approachable edible on the market so that it can help challenge the stigmas surrounding cannabis use.
The inspiration for the Dulze comes from Chef Mike Moya's grandma; she was afflicted with polio as a child, and still struggles with pain management as a result. Chef Mike wanted to create a product that could slowly introduce her to the medicinal benefits of cannabis, so that she could have an alternate option available that wasn’t the usual prescription meds. That’s how our slogan (“Abuelita Approved”) came to be.
