What you need:
- 6 grams of cannabis
- 2 cups of olive oil (olive, canola, coconut)
- Saucepan
- Cheesecloth
- Air-tight container
- Baking sheet
Directions:
Decarb the weed
- Preheat oven at 250 degrees Fahrenheit
- Spread marijuana evenly across baking sheet
- Bake for about 35-40 minutes then remove from oven
- Once cooled, grind into a course powder (can last up to two months in air-tight container, in cool place)
Prepare the Oil
- Heat oil in a medium saucepan on medium-low
- Add the decarboxylated weed into the oil and cook for 45 minutes (do not let the heat exceed 200 degree Fahrenheit
- Remove and let stand for 10 minutes
- Strain the weed and oil through a cheese cloth into a container
- Cover and refrigerate until needed
Cannabis Infused Olive Oil
The olive oil version of canna-oil is made by following the exact directions as above, but replacing the vegetable oil with olive oil. Many professional chefs prefer olive oil when they cook due to the higher heating temperature it can take as that that it infused extra flavour into the dishes.

- 1 gallon of whole milk
- Saucepan
- Cheesecloth
- Air-tight container

Prepare the Milk
- Heat milk in a medium saucepan on medium setting. Do not let the milk boil
- Add the decarboxylated weed to the milk and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally
- Remove and let stand for 10 minutes
- Strain the weed and milk through a cheese cloth into a container
- Cover and refrigerate until needed
