Weed Sazerac
Ingredients:
- 2 oz weed whiskey
- 1 cube sugar
- 2 dashes Peychauds Bitter
Directions:
a. Add bitters to sugar cube and crush the cube at the bottom of the glass
b. In a mixing glass, stir in weed whiskey, ice and another dash of Peychauds Bitters
c. Strain into sugar and add a lemon if desired
2. Weed Margarita
Ingredients:
- 2 oz weed tequila
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 oz Grand Marnier
- Pinch of salt
Directions:
a. shake all ingredients together
b. strain over ice and garnish with lime peel
3. Bacon Buddy Mary
Ingredients
- 4 oz tomato juice
- 1 tbsp horseradish
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cuplemon juice
- tbsp sriracha
- 1 clove garlic - finely chopped
- 2 tbsp weed bacon fat
- slice of bacon
- celery
- 2 oz weed vodka
*In order to make weed-infused bacon fat,
Directions
Prepare the Weed Bacon Fat

Pre-heat your oven to 240F

Take 7 grams of cannabis buds and spread them evenly on an oven tray with baking sheet. Cover with silver foil.( do not grind the cannabis fine. Medium chunks does well)

Let the cannabis decarboxylate for 40 minutes.

While the cannabis is decarbing in the oven, take a cooking pan and get your bacon strips ready.

On low to medium heat, cook the bacon evenly for around 10 minutes until all fat comes out of the bacon. Strain the fat through a sieve into a mason jar. ( do this in batches untill all bacon is cooked)

You should now have about 1 cup of bacon fat in the mason jar. Once cannabis is decarbed, place the buds in the mason jar which contains the bacon fat together with the lecithin powder.

In a medium pot, fill with cold water and place your mason jar in it. Turn on the heat and let the cold water come to a simmer.

Let it simmer for 2 – 3 hours. Continue to fill water in the pan if some of it evaporates.

After 2 – 3 hours, strain your cannabis buds out of the bacon fat. Discard the cannabis. (All THC is now in the bacon grease)

Your bacon fat is now infused with THC.
Prepare the mix
a. mix together lemon juice, horseradish, worcestershire sauce, sriracha
b. pour in tomato juice
c. add a pinch of salt, garlic and 2 oz bacon fat
Prepare the Cocktail
a. pour 2 oz of weed vodka
b. add ice cubes
c. pour in mary mix and shake vigorously
d. rub lemon along the rim of a glass and then rub the rim with celery salt.
e. pour and garnish
4. Mai High
Ingredients:
- 2 oz weed-infused rum
- 3/4 lime juice
- 1/2 oz orange curacao
- 1/4 rich simple syrup
- 1/4 oz Orgeat
- weed leaf, lime half for garnish
Directions:
a. combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
b. shake vigorously and pour into glass
c. garnish with lime half and weed leaf
5. Cannabis Mojito - Author's Favourite
Ingredients:
- 2 oz weed rum
- 1 1/4 tbsp sugar
- mint leaves
- 1/2 cup ice
- sparkling water
Directions:
a. In a 10 oz glass, stir together lime juice and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
b. Add 1/4 cup of ice
c. Rub mint leaves over rim of the glass, then tear them in half and add to the drink.
d. Gently stir for 15 seconds
e. Add 2 oz cannabis rum, remaining ice and sparkling water
